UK ORDERS (EXCLUDING NORTHERN IRELAND)

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY DATES:

Place your order by Monday 18th December for guaranteed delivery by Christmas Day. 

Please note that we will only be processing orders received by Wednesday 20th December. 

After Christmas, order processing will resume from Wednesday 27th December to Friday 29th December.

Following the New Year, processing will recommence on Tuesday 2nd January.

All orders will be sent Royal Mail 48hr Tracked (£2.99). Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to arrive.

Orders are processed Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays. All orders after 3.30pm will be dispatched the next working day. 

Delivery is free for all orders over £30.

ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you take delivery of a package from us and the contents have been damaged in transit, we will exchange the damaged items without charge to you on the next available delivery date.

ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT

If your order is lost in transit, we will refund your purchase and offer a replacement.

INCORRECT ITEMS

If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify our customer services team as soon as possible. We will refund you for the product you originally ordered.
