High Protein Banoffee and Greens Smoothie

Start your day off right with this creamy and incredibly nutritious smoothie, made with The Gym Kitchen High Protein Banoffee Pie Yogurt, and a load of other health boosting ingredients!šŸ’š

Smoothie Ingredients:

  • 100g (half tub) The Gym Kitchen High Protein Banoffee Pie Yogurt
  • 20g Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 50g Baby Spinach
  • 200ml Milk (we used unsweetened almond milk but any milk can be used)
  • 5g Oat Bran
  • 5g Flaxseeds
  • 5g Chia Seeds

Method:

  • It really is as simple as adding all of the ingredients into a blender, blending until desired consistency, pour into your favourite glass or protein shaker if you are on the move, and enjoy!Ā
