The Gym Kitchen Berry Protein Balls

What you’ll need!

1 cup of Pitted Dates

2 table spoons of Peanut Butter

1 table spoon of Coconut Oil

1 scoop of Whey Protein

1 tablespoon of Cinnamon

2 tablespoons of Dried fruit mix

1 table spoon of Flaxseeds

1 cup of Rolled Oats Steps



Heres how you’ll do it!

1. Combine the pitted dates, peanut butter and coconut oil into a food processor and then mix for 30 seconds (check if this is soft enough to roll)

2. Sprinkle the whey protein, cinnamon, dried fruit, flaxseed onto the mix

3. Mix it all together

4. Roll into small balls

5. Place into a container and then into the refrigerator for 30min

6. Serve… YUM
