The Gym Kitchen – Harissa & Yogurt Chicken Traybake

Heres what you’ll need!

  1. 2 Table spoons of Harissa Sauce 1 cup of low fat Greek yogurt
  2. 4 Pieces of Chicken Thighs Uncooked
  3. 1 Cup of chopped Red Onions
  4. 1 Cup of chopped Carrots 1 cup of chopped Cauliflower
  5. 1 Cup of chopped Courgette 1 cup of chopped Butternut Squash
  6. 1 Cup of chopped Sweet Potatoes
  7. 2 Unchopped Garlic Cloves
  8. 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil

Heres how you’ll do it!

1. Combine the Harrisa paste and Greek yogurt in a bowl

2. Mix the chicken together in the bowl

3. Place the mix into the fridge for 30 mins

4. Chop the vegetables and then combine them in a baking tray

5. Add the two garlic cloves and coat with olive oil

6. Cook in the oven for 10min (not compulsory) gas mark 5/ 180c

7. Add chicken to the vegetables

8. Cook in the oven for 30mins gas mark 5/ 180c 9. Serve
